Rites Brewing's story starts with family. The founders, Chris and Tim, were connected through Chris's mom and Tim's sister, Marleen. They started discussing the idea of opening a brewery, and after finding the perfect location in Bay Shore, they signed the lease and began transforming the space.

The brewery features a rare Peter Austin Open Fermentation Brewing System, which was found for sale in Arkansas and paired with other hand-selected pieces from Florida and Long Island.
